Shipping Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

1. Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
2. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

Cancellation After Dispatch

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
2. If a customer refuses delivery or requests cancellation after dispatch, the shipment may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
3. In such cases, any refund (if approved) will be processed only after the shipment is received back and inspected by our team.
4. Actual shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling charges, and any applicable restocking fee may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

1. COD orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
2. Inneonics reserves the right to decline COD service for customers with a history of repeated cancellations, refusals, or RTO shipments.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

1. Orders that have already been dispatched.
2. Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products.
3. Orders that are already out for delivery.
