Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
✔ Incorrect item received.
✔ Product received in damaged condition.
✔ Manufacturing defect verified by our technical team.
✔ Missing items in the shipment.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required proof as outlined below.

Video Guidelines :
● The video must start before opening the package.
● The shipping label must be clearly visible.
● The entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously, without cuts, pauses, or edits.
● For manufacturing defect claims, the video must clearly demonstrate the issue.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video or video proof will not be accepted, even if reported within the specified timeframe.
Due to the sensitive nature of electronic components, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:
❌ Correctly delivered and fully functional products.
❌ Products damaged due to improper handling, installation, soldering, misuse, modification, or negligence.
❌ Products without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
❌ Items returned without prior approval from our support team.
Claims submitted without the required unboxing video or proof.
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.
✔ Refunds (if approved) will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected.
✔ A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refundable amount, depending on the condition of the returned product and associated processing costs.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
✔ The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.
● In cases where a replacement is approved, Inneonics may bear the applicable shipping costs at its discretion.
